My latest brick-built nod to cinema.

I’ll always remember the first time I saw Pulp Fiction in theatres – epic. There’s so much I could say about it, but this is not the time.

That said, one of the things that stands out for me in all of Quentin Tarantino’s movies is his soundtracks – to my ear, simply amazing. So much so that I have playlists devoted to nothing else. And so it’s only natural that I wanted to feature this scene where the music is just so well placed.

(Trivia: I didn’t realize until recently that the Urge Overkill version of “Girl You’ll be a Woman Soon” is a remake. It’s originally a Neil Diamond song!)

For those curious, the reel to reel tape deck is from the LEGO Creator Expert 10278 Police Station set. The rest of the build is my own creation – my first, actually, for the purpose of photography.

Please enjoy!
